Doin' the downward dog
This morning I went for my second-ever yoga class, and first with circus freaks. The Yoga Guy, the same coach who's organized our running group, teaches yoga a few times a week. Tuesday morning just happens to be one of his beginner classes, so I thought I'd give it a go.
It was cool; just like a long extended stretching session. And that's always a good thing, cuz I feel like I've lost a lot of my flexibility (not that I was a contortionist or anything) during the past eight-month achilles-injury-induced vacation layoff.
Can't wait for the next one on Thursday morning!!
